Offshore rigger — Kwami

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kwami, Gombe State. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
