Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Jeff Davis County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
