You will season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
