Cnc lathe setter — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Jefferson County, Texas. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
