We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Young County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
