On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
