Gantry crane operator wanted in Tsanyawa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Tsanyawa, Kano State. You will be based on a busy construction site. You will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
