You should have: • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills You will handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; negotiate prices and close the deal; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor.
