Great opportunity: powder coater (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Lavaca County, Texas. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
