Cook wanted in Ferry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Ferry County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred.
