What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Part-time with flexible hours.
