Cnc turner — Dane County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turner in Dane County, Wisconsin. The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
