Groundsman wanted in Yenegoa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundsman in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. You will be based at a landscaping company. Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
