You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
