Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Obowo, Imo State. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; sand and fill walls before applying primer; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting.
