Meat trimmer wanted in Escambia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Escambia County, Florida. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
