Catering cook — Kokona

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Kokona, Nasarawa State. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
