Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Kendall County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
