Urgent requirement: formwork erector (Alaska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. The job is on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
