Machine operator (earthworks) • Hudspeth County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Hudspeth County, Texas. The role involves: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Performance bonus on top of base pay.
