Meat cutter — Ona Ara

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. ₦150,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
