You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Full-time, day shift. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
