Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Worcester County, Massachusetts. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
