Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Borno State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kaga, Borno State. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
