Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Jere, Borno State. You will be based on a busy housing site. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Your main tasks: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
