Immediate opening: bench joiner (Ebonyi State)

Join our team: we are hiring a bench joiner in Ohaukwu, Ebonyi State. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. The role involves fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
