Bread and bun maker wanted in Kalgo

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kalgo, Kebbi State. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
