Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Ware County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy construction site. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
