Captain waiter wanted in King County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in King County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift.
