Baker wanted in Hill County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Hill County, Texas. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
