Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Cloud County, Kansas. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
