Head baker wanted in Willacy County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Willacy County, Texas. You will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
