Vacancy available: catering cook (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Sevier County, Utah. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
