Day to day you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
