The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 1+ years on the tools preferred.
