Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
