Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fettler in Kunchi, Kano State. Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Your main tasks: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦6,500 per day plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
