Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
