Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Jos South, Plateau State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
