Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Surrey, England. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer £3,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
