Line cook — Miami-Dade County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
