Now hiring: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Lau, Taraba State. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves: • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant Full-time with occasional weekends.
