We are recruiting: lifting rigger (Cross River State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Etung, Cross River State. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Your main tasks: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
