Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Edu, Kwara State. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
