Captain waiter — Lowndes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lowndes County, Mississippi. You will work in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
