Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
