Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Zango, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
