Cake decorator wanted in McIntosh County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
