Mechanical press operator — Beaver County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Beaver County, Utah. On a typical shift you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; record output and downtime on the production sheet; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Full-time with occasional weekends.
