Immediate opening: we are hiring a laundry presser in Jackson County, Texas. You will be based in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work On a typical shift you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; give each garment a final press before packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
